1. Scope of this policy
Aerlune presents individually scoped aircraft interior design and modernization services rather than fixed-price products purchased through the website. Completing an inquiry does not, by itself, involve payment or create a service contract.
This policy explains how cancellations and requests for refunds should be discussed if a separately agreed design engagement includes a payment. It does not replace the terms of that specific agreement or any non-excludable statutory rights.
2. Before a project begins
The nature of design work, deliverables, timing, fees and any payment schedule should be identified and agreed in writing before paid services are undertaken. The agreement should also address the effects of cancellation and any expenses that may be committed to third parties.
Budget ranges entered on the inquiry page express planning preferences only. No fee, deposit or charge is collected by the inquiry form itself.
3. Cancellation and refund requests
If a client needs to cancel or alter an agreed project, the request should be made using the published company contact information and should identify the project and relevant agreement. The status of work performed, agreed deliverables and any committed expenses will inform a review under the applicable contract.
Whether a refund is available, and in what amount, depends on the signed terms, the stage of the work and any mandatory rights under applicable law. No uniform refund amount or processing timeline is represented on the website.
4. Work in progress and bespoke materials
Cabin design work is often developed around an individual aircraft, chosen finishes and unique owner preferences. Changes after design work or special material arrangements begin may have implications that should be addressed under the written project terms.
A discussion about alternatives, amendments or partial cancellation can be requested; no automatic outcome is implied by this policy.
5. How to make a request
For a payment, cancellation or refund question, contact Room Studio Architecture and Interior Design Ltd. via [email protected] or +14166334133. Business correspondence can also refer to 100 Edgeley Blvd, Vaughan, ON L4K 5W7, Canada.
Include enough information to identify the engagement and the part of the agreed work you wish to discuss. Any response or next step will be determined by the applicable agreement and circumstances.
6. Changes to this policy
This document may be updated as the studio’s service information changes. For projects under an existing written agreement, the agreement and applicable law govern the rights and obligations of the parties.
The effective publication date is shown at the top of this page.
